Port Out Process

Due to our privacy policy we cannot upload account numbers for each phone number on the website.

Once you completed your transaction we will call you to the phone number you have provided during your purchase. Please provide the best number to reach you.

Transferring time will take from 30 minutes to 3 business days depends on your provider.

You can have the number of your choice using one of two methods:

1 - New number on a new plan: while you are registering for a new plan with a new provider, on the number selection tell your provider that you want to port a new phone number. Provide them with your phone number and we will provide your account number, and the pin number to complete the registration. Personal appointment are required; we will call you to book your appointment.

2 - New number on an existing plan: you will need call your provider's customer service number and we will join the call via conference to provide you with the phone number account and pin number.

We will assist you until your number is transferred and you are able to start using it.
